Stage Timer (Beta)
Countdowns, count-ups and count-to-time segments with color warnings and quick messages for presenters.
Switch on Stage Timer in Show Add-Ons, then open the Stage Timer panel on the show page. Each show has one timer you reset and reuse.
Segments
- Countdown from a set time, Count up, or Count to time (a clock time in your time zone, picked from the list).
- On deck lines up a segment without starting it. Only the Start button runs the clock.
- Segments can chain to the next one and start automatically at a set time.
Colors
In the Colors box, choose when a countdown turns orange and then red. Choose the segment’s Clock format below the color thresholds: Minutes while green shows whole minutes (for example “12 MIN”) until orange; Always minutes and seconds keeps seconds visible; Minutes only (seconds in last minute) keeps a calm minutes display until the final minute. At zero it can count into negative or show a message instead.
Messages
Send quick messages like “Turn on mic” or “Wrap up” to the presenter's screen with one click.
Showing it
Set a paired screen to Stage Timer (full or wide 1920×440), or add the timer to a Confidence Monitor next to the slides. Wide layout puts speaker labels and stage messages on the left and a bounded clock on the right, so messages do not cover the time. Styles come in dark, light and transparent.
