Adding a Lottie animation
Upload .json or .lottie animations into a graphic and choose Loop or Play once on Take.
Lottie files are lightweight vector animations, usually exported from After Effects. miriGFX plays them inside any graphic, on every output.
Add one
- Open a graphic in the editor and click Lottie in the layer bar, next to Text, Shape and Image.
- Choose a .json or .lottie file. It's saved to your Assets and placed on the canvas as a new layer.
- Move and resize it like any image. You can also upload Lottie files on the Assets page and pick them from an Image layer.
Loop or play once
- Loop — the animation repeats while the graphic is on air. Good for logos and backgrounds.
- Play once on Take — the animation starts from the beginning each time you Take the graphic and stops on its last frame.
Where it plays
Lottie layers look the same in the editor, cloud playout screens, the Local Hub and Camera / NDI® outputs, and follow the graphic's in and out transitions. Use the Lottie filter on the Assets page to find your animations.
