Stage Timer

Beta

A presenter clock that turns orange, then red.

Countdowns, count-ups and count-to-time segments with three clock formats, editable color warnings, and quick messages like “Wrap up”, and a wide layout for a monitor under the stage.

Beta: available to organizations taking part in early access while we finish it.

Actual Stage Timer display · sample only · one real second per tick

Demo thresholds: orange at 1:00, red at 0:15. In your show, set these per segment in Colors; choose overtime digits or a message at zero.

Wide Stage Timer · 1920×440

A dedicated strip beneath your presentation: the speaker and stage messages stay on the left, with the clock always visible on the right.

What the operator controls

Enable Stage Timer in Show Add-Ons and open its control popup. Give each segment a name and countdown duration, elapsed count-up or target time. Set orange/red thresholds in Colors and choose the segment’s Clock format. On deck stages a segment; Start actually runs it.

What the viewer sees

The presenter sees the segment name, time, optional progress bar and next segment. Choose minutes while green, always minutes and seconds, or minutes until the final minute. Editable orange and red thresholds control warning colors independently. At zero, keep counting negative or replace the counter with a message.

Nine coordinated looks

Classic, Bold and Minimal each work with dark, light or transparent backgrounds. Try the real display above, including a message and each warning state.

A strip beneath the slides

Choose Wide · 1920×440 for a separate stage display, or put the timer beside slides and notes on a Confidence Monitor.
